Notes:

 Availability:  Retreats fill up fast.  See "rooms available" below.   If no rooms of the type you are requesting are available, and you still wish to be considered, select the Wait-list option.

Accommodations: Clean.  Spartan.  Community bathrooms.  Towels are plentiful.  We recommend you bring a bathrobe and slippers - and your own hand soap. 

Posted Information: Unless you indicate otherwise, the contact information you supply will be listed in the "Registrants" portion of our website along with similar information for all other conferees who have agreed to this option.  This is a private, password-protected page.  Use it to check  the status of your application - and as a reference for contacting fellow conferees.  If you elect NOT to have your information posted, you will be responsible for verifying all the arrangements covered by this form - i.e. we do not sent out mass snail-mailings.  You can contact us via email / snail-mail, but we reserve the right to cancel your application if this correspondence becomes excessive.

Note, your address and phone number, should you elect to post them, will not be put online until after the conference.  You may request a change to your posted information at any time, subject to the restrictions below.

1-retreat rate
2-rates are per day, apply Friday and Saturday only. Includes: lunch, dinner, snacks and all workshops.  For Saturday guests, includes the evening share, with the option to read, time permitting.
Roommate Preference Name If you do not make a selection we will attempt to match you with someone of the same gender.  If  either you or your roommate have elected NOT  to have your names displayed,  roommate information will not be displayed for either party.

If you are accepted into the conference we will, at our option, post your work.  Send it to us in an email.  Other conferees will then have a chance to read (and possibly, comment) on it prior to the conference.  We assume no responsibility for the consequences of posting your  work - including our own typing errors.  Specifically, though your work will be on a  password protected page, we cannot guarantee that it will not be copied, reprinted, or otherwise mis-used.  If we have made an error in posting - tell us, and we will correct it, subject to all the conditions described in this form.  By agreeing to share your work, you accept these terms.   If you're paranoid - don't post anything,

Unless wait-listed, a minimum deposit of $100 is required to hold a reservation.  We accept only checks. You should receive an email confirmation from us, within 10 business days of submitting this application.  If you do not - assume we didn't get it, and re-apply.   Once we accept your application and receive your deposit, we will email you the ID and password for the Registrants page.  Use this link to verify your registration details.  It will be YOUR responsibility to contact us if there is an error.  If you are wait-listed, note your place on the chart to assess your chance of acceptance.
